This guide is designed for employees who are shadowing Aeon classes. It covers how to access the class calendar and how to join Zoom sessions using Aeon SSO.
Things to know
You’ll need access to the Aeon Semester 2 Calendar. If you don’t have the G-Cal link yet, contact [email protected] or the School Director.
You’ll need an Aeon Zoom account to join classes via SSO. If Zoom says you don’t have an account, email [email protected] and one will be created.
Step-by-step
Find the class you're joining from the Aeon Semester 2 calendar (make sure it's toggled on in your Aeon account's calendar sidebar under Other Calendars).
The class Zoom link is embedded in each class’s G-Cal event under the event location.
Click Join from the Zoom Workplace app.
Click Sign in to join when prompted by the Zoom app.
Select the SSO option (key icon).
When prompted for an organization domain, enter aeonschool-org and then click Continue.
Sign in with your Aeon Google account when redirected.
This should allow you to join Aeon's class Zoom meeting.

Switching between Sora and Aeon Zoom Accounts
If you need to switch between Sora and Aeon Zoom accounts, you can do so by adding your Aeon account to your Zoom app and switching between Sora and Aeon logins in the Zoom account dropdown menu.
