If you haven’t signed into your AEON account on Zoom before (or if it’s been awhile), you might be prompted by Zoom to sign in. This prompt often looks something like this:

(Before getting started: make sure you are signed out of any non-AEON Zoom accounts! If you’re not signed into any Zoom accounts, then skip to the next step, Get started: Open up the Zoom app on your device.)

Get started: Open up the Zoom app on your device.

Click on the SSO button below Sign in with:

You’ll be taken to the Sign in with SSO screen. Enter aeonschool-org under your company domain. Then click continue.

You’ll be taken to your browser to sign in with your AEON Google account.

Sign in with your aeonschool.org username and password and click next (if your browser is already signed into this account, you can simply select the account here instead).

You’ll know you’ve successfully signed into Zoom when your Zoom app refreshes to display this home screen.

You’ll also see your AEON account selected as the user in the account menu (top-right corner of the app).

To get started, head to https://zoom.us and click Sign in (near the top of the screen).

You’ll be taken to the zoom.us sign-in page. Click on the SSO button below Sign in with:

You’ll be taken to the Sign in with SSO page. Enter aeonschool-org under your company domain. Then click continue.

Sign in with your aeonschool.org username and password and click next (if your browser is already signed into this account, you can simply select the account here instead).

You’ll know you’ve logged in successfully when you’re taken to your zoom.us profile page.

If you’re a returning AEON student or faculty member, you may be prompted to consolidate your account. You’ll see a message letting you know that your account has been claimed by Aeon’s Zoom.

To continue, click Consolidate into Account and then click Continue.
