Leonardo & School Platform Questions: For any issues related to Leonardo or the school platform, post in the #tech-support Slack channel.
School Operations Questions: For questions related to school operations, post in the #school-operations-support Slack channel.
General IT & Tech Support: For all other IT or tech-related questions β including hardware, software, accounts, and access issues β email [email protected].
Tips for Faster Resolution
When reaching out through any of the above channels, include as much context as possible, including screenshots when applicable. For Slack channels, your issue will be addressed in the message thread.
